Desperate Housewives new episode 4×13 April 30, 2008

Looks like Mike has found out Orson ran him over - but he forgives him.

Meanwhile it Gaby and Carlos’ new dog disagree with each other - but the dog’s great and comes back to carlos.

This series is really developing - Mike out of rehab, Susan’s pregnant…..the new girl’s father reappearing (if he is her father)…..and Rick’s pizzeria is burnt down by the Skavos kids - kewl!

Really enjoying this season, but where are the gay guys?  They were great…

Gossip Girl March 19, 2008

Gossip Girl is a new series by the makes of the O.C.

Featuring rich kids, but d-emphasising the ‘rich’ bit (one of the characters is seen on the bus to school, but later in a hotel bar buying drinks?!?!?). 

I’m unstirred by the first episode, which has some narration.  The lead character Serena looks about 30 whereas the rest of the cast look 18-21.  Bizarre.

I might hang out for the 2nd episode. 

Lost not till 2008 November 8, 2007

I’m getting withdrawals….no Lost till 2008…it’s gonna kill me lol!

Fortunately we have Prison Break returning and also Desperate Housewives.  But there is little else.

Still Wife Swap gives some thrills and spills…..I am not a fan of House either but everyone says I should watch it.

Hogan knows best….er, if you say so July 4, 2007

A poor emulation of the Osbournes is Hogan Knows Best. 

It appears his two thick kids need a jump start in life.  So his daughter gets some TV exposure and a recording deal….cost $50K so far in studio time.

Meanwhile, the boy who’s 16 gets a Dodge Viper to drift in…..the other guys at the drift circuit are sick as they’ve obviously scraped together every penny for the AE86 drift car or whatever lesser machine they drive.

It doesn’t matter anyway as the Viper is crashed again and again….

Meanwhile Hogan looks like he’s on sedatives….

No more Lost…for months…. June 13, 2007

Aaargh- what we do….no more Lost for months.

Will they get rescued?  Will Hurley lose weight?  Will any of the actors turn rebel and ask for more money? 

As the series is running till 2010…I don’t think they are going to get rescued immediately.

Hopefully, the new season 4 will continue without ‘filler episodes’.  The complaints of viewers have been acknowledged and they will in fact be running episodes EVERY week rather than with big gaps.
